PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch testing machine easily and quickly evaluating a film adhesiveness precisely over a wide film strength range without depending on worker. SOLUTION: This scratch testing machine used for evaluating a film formed on the surface of a base board is provided with a probe 2 abutting to the film and a pressing mechanism pressing the probe 2 to the film when the tip part of the probe 2 is brought into contact with the film.
