PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test piece clamping device stably clamping even a deformed test piece or a test piece with both end cut unparallelly. SOLUTION: In this device, a pair of clamping pieces 1, 3 are arranged face to face so as to be separated/brought close from/to each other, and clamping parts 5, 6 are arranged in the respective clamping pieces 1, 3. The two clamping parts 5 in the clamping piece 1 are arranged opposedly to the two clamping parts 6 in the clamping piece 2, and the middle part of either clamping piece 3 is journalled to a clamping piece supporting arm 4 oscillationally so as to serve as an oscillational clamping piece.
