METHOD FOR CONTROLLING TEMPERATURE OF CIRCULATING COOLILNG WATER OF COOLING TOWER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adherence of a scale to a heat transfer tube of an equipment to be cooled due to cooling water temperature dependence of a scale preventive agent to be filled in a circulating cooling water of a cooling tower. SOLUTION: A cooling water temperature regulating meter 8 is provided at a cooling water outlet of an equipment 7 to be cooled, and a cooling water passing flow rate to the equipment 7 is changed according to a magnitude of a temperature deviation of the measured temperature here from a set temperature. An upper limit temperature raised by heat exchanging with the equipment can be controlled within a temperature range for obtaining an effect of a scale preventive agent.
