The invention relates to a vehicle protector against rear collisions. It mainly includes two fixed frames, two cantilevers and a tubular frame with anti-treading, wherein the cantilever upper end is pivoted on the rear end of the fixed frame; the tubular frame is fixed on the lower ends of the cantilevers which are symmetrically disposed, and is integrated by an upper horizontal loop-tube, a lower horizontal loop-tube, plurality of vertical tubes and series of overlapping tubes. The protector is provided with a warning device on the rear end of the horizontal loop-tube so as to prevent from being treaded and with a rectangular front fender on the vertical tube and inside the lower horizontal loop-tube.
