The present invention is related to an injector of samples and a method for analysis of samples thereby, and more particularly to a new type of an injector of samples and a method for analysis by the device, which, by simultaneously heating and vaporizing a sample, far excels in efficiency the conventional methods which have first to nebulize the solution of a sample into minute droplets and next to heat it, the new device and method of the present invention also being available for a broader range of work than the conventional ones in disregard of the difference in kinds and degrees of viscidity of samples.
