PURPOSE:To make a casting machine compact by fixing an inclined shaft to the center of the side plane of a crucible unit containing a crucible for fusion and to produce a high-quality cast material by carrying out direct casting from the crucible for fusion to a mold and remarkably reducing cooling of the cast material during casting. CONSTITUTION:An inclined shaft 10 connected to a crucible-driving motor 11 is fixed to the center of the side plane of a crucible unit 3 containing a built-in crucible 5 for fusion. Arms 17a and 17b are perpendicularly attached to a centrifugation-driving shaft 21 capable of rotation by a centrifugation drive motor 23. To the top parts of the respective arms 17a and 17b, a mold- holding basket 19 capable of accommodating and holding a mold 4 and a balancer 20 are attached through holders 18a and 18b in a shakable state. |
