The cylindrical magnetic component (2) is inserted in a hole formed in a dielectric substrate (1). The microstrip line (3) is formed on surface of substrate and magnetic component. The diameter ( phi ) of circular area of magnetic component is lesser than that of area of magnetic component opposite to substrate surface.
