Integrated semiconductor circuit e.g. static random access memory, outputs pulse signal in response to functional signal of input and clock signals without holding functional signal

A signal input circuit (1) receives input signal and output address signal without memorizing the functional signal. A pulse signal generator (2) is provided to output pulse signal based on functional signal of input signal and clock. An Independent claim is also included for pulse signal generation method.
