PURPOSE: A transmission device for frequency shift keying compensates a temperature of a crystal oscillator to simplify a transmission circuit using a single channel. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer(1) generates a control voltage with certain magnitude corresponding to data to be transmitted. A signal generating part(100) generates a frequency signal according to the control voltage generated from the microcomputer(1). A frequency compensation part(200) compensates deviation of the frequency signal generated from the signal generator(100). A crystal oscillator(10) generates a oscillation frequency according to an output signal from frequency compensation part(200). An oscillating circuit part(300) filters the oscillation frequency generated from the crystal oscillator(10) and amplifies the oscillation frequency.
