PURPOSE: A production method of an engineering plastic embossing roll is provided to improve the quality of a product and to reduce a cost of the product. CONSTITUTION: A pattern is selected(1). The pattern is copied by using a RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) typed silicon rubber(2). The pattern is copied by using a PVC(Polyvinyl chloride)(3). The pattern is copied by using an epoxy resin(4). An upper and a lower patterns are designed(5). A positive unit of the epoxy resin is copied(6). A left and a right patterns are designed(7). A large unit of the epoxy resin is copied(8). A coating of a silicon rubber cylinder is designed(9). A cylinder of PVC is produced(10). An injection mold is installed(11). An engineering plastic mixed material is injected in the injection mold(12). Gas is exhausted from the injection mold by using a vacuum system(13). An engineering plastic embossing roll is obtained by inserting an iron roll in an engineering plastic embossing roll parison(14). Thereby, the product is applied to a fashioned pattern and a using range of the product is increased.
