PURPOSE: A spike bolt fastening device for a railroad is provided to simplify the structure and operating method, and to remove or fasten the spike bolt. CONSTITUTION: A spike bolt fastening device comprises a support pipe(54) having a storage battery(52); a motor(50) driven by the power of the storage battery; a clutch rotating by the rotational force of the motor; a fastening unit(100) inserting a spike bolt; first and second moving members; a handle(65); a rotation decelerating member(70) including a coupling piece; a compression piece connecting the clutch into the coupling piece; a gear of the rotation decelerating member receiving the rotational force of the motor; and a rotating direction control member(90) having first, second, and third worm gears. The worm gears change a shaft to rotate. A lever(92) actuates to obtain a specific rotational direction. Then, an engage tap moves upward and downward for engaging a rotation shaft to a rotating body. Moreover, the spike bolt is fastened or removed by delivering the rotational force in the clockwise or anticlockwise direction.
