PURPOSE: The method for displaying a database searching result is provided for a user to search information more reliable by supplying information using a graphic shape as an animated cartoon. CONSTITUTION: The user connects to a server searching a friend or a lover or performs a searching using a communication program(S300). The user selects or inputs a searching condition with respect to wanted companion in a window offered by the server(S301). A server fetches a character with respect to a suitable person from a database in accordance with the searching condition offered by the user(S302). A character or an animated cartoon corresponding to the information searching result may be displayed by analyzing a property of the suitable person(S303). The user selects wanted character out of a plurality of characters or animated cartoons displayed on user's computer screen through image data(S304). The user can connect to the selected person by the internet(S305).
