The peeler has a support and two rotated plungers linked to a fruit size detector determining the travel speed of a double or rotary cutting blade. This controls the processing, the opening and closing of the support assembly and the speed of rotation of the fruit. The pulp is extracted via the peeling process consisting of separation of the pulp from the fruit.
