PURPOSE: A suspension of a vehicle is provided to improve stability in turning or traveling by controlling the height of the roll center, camber and tread optimally according to traveling state, and to cut down manufacturing cost by minimizing energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A front suspension of a vehicle is composed of a driving unit expanding and contracting by hydraulic power; a turning unit receiving linear reciprocating motion of the driving unit, and converting into rotation; a breadth supporting unit of a wheel carrier moving up and down along the arc track by the turning unit; and a buffer unit connecting the upper end of the wheel carrier to the vehicle body, and reducing impact from the road. The driving unit consists of an actuator(4), and the turning unit has a bell crank(6) converting linear reciprocating motion of the actuator into rotation. The height of the roll center is adjusted with moving up and down the breadth supporting unit in converting linear reciprocating motion into rotation, and camber and tread are controlled with pulling or pushing the lower part of the wheel carrier in moving the breadth supporting unit along the arc track. Energy consumption and expenses are minimized with optimizing the geometry according to traveling state.
