PURPOSE:To obtain a fancy food excellent in preservability by laminating a cheese material with a ground fish meat sheet reduced in fermentable glucid content followed by sealing the resultant laminate in an oxygen-evacuated state in a packaging material. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, ground fish meat is incorporated with 0-2wt.% of a fermentable glucid (e.g. sugar) and a specified amount of a sugar alcohol (e.g. sorbitol). The resulting main material is then calendered and processed under drying into a fish meat sheet. This sheet is then bondedly laminated with a cheese material, and the resulting laminate is cut and put into a packaging material followed by sealing in an oxygen-evacuated state. To realize such state, the laminated food after cut is, for example, sealed together with an oxygen scavenger in the packaging material. |
