<p>PURPOSE:To provide an active carbon deodorizing tower reduced in its total volume and capable of easily replacing active carbon. CONSTITUTION:Active carbon packed beds 2, 3, 4 are provided in a tower and the bottom parts of the respective packed beds are inclined downward toward active carbon taking-out ports 13, 15, 17. Adjacent perforated plates 6, 7 are clamped at the outwardly protruding flange part of a casing by bolts. Adjacent perforated plates 8, 9 are clamped at the outwardly protruded flange part of the casing by bolts. The active carbon charged from active carbon charging ports 12, 14, 16 is discharged from the active carbon taking-out ports 13, 15, 17 at the time of the replacement of active carbon while it moves along the bottom parts of the respective packed beds.</p> |
