PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko ball paying-out machine capable of switching a ball paying-out unit number, reducing the cost, by switching a relief rotation angle within one rotation of a ball parting rotating body during a ball paying- out operation of one time. SOLUTION: The pachinko ball paying-out machine has a star wheel (ball parting rotating body) 11 for throwing and dropping a drop ball, bounding and rotating is one direction by reaction due to securing of the drop ball by being situated at one place of a drop passage 1 of a pachinko ball B, first and second planetary spur gears 16, 18 revolving around a driving shaft 12 by being journalled by first and second rotating arms 15a, 15b of a rotation arm structure 15 fixed to the driving shaft 12, first and second rotation angle dividing disks 13, 14 having first annular gear trains 13b, 14b engaged with the first and second planetary spur gears 16, 18 and first and second plungers 20b, 30b controlling relief rotation of the rotation angle dividing disks 13, 14. When the control of the one rotation angle dividing disk 13 or 14 is released, rotational force of the driving shaft if transmitted to only the rotation angle dividing disk 13 or 14 and a relief rotation angle of the star wheel is calculated.
