PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator operation data analyzer to use the measurement data of the door use frequency for each floor obtained by a terminal device 1 for judging the arrival of the maintenance timing and the apparatus exchange timing, and for understanding the service condition specific to each elevator. SOLUTION: This analyzer comprises a terminal device 1 including measuring means 1a and 1b to measure the door use frequency and the door opening time for each floor for each elevator, and a monitoring center 2 to be connected to a plurality of terminal devices 1 via a communication line to process the measurement data from each terminal device 1. The processing of the measurement data of the monitoring center 2 includes the judgment whether or not the measurement data for each floor for each elevator is not less than a specified value, the understanding of the service condition specific to each elevator for each floor from the judgment result, the accumulation of the measurement data for each floor, and the judgment of the next mantenance timing of the elevator and the replacement timing of the apparatus for elevator.
