PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute pretreatment work for chemical analysis while maintaining an atmosphere not containing an analysis object substance by an inexpensive, small-sized device without being influenced by the general atmosphere. SOLUTION: This device comprises a box 10 for work, an air cleaning device 12, a compressor 14 for compressing and sending air, three air outlet nozzles 16a, 16b, 16c opened inside the box for work and an air pipe 18 extending from the compressor and reaching the air nozzles via the air cleaner. Air is compressed and sent by the compressor and introduced into the air cleaning device, and cleaned air is jetted from the air outlet nozzles so that an interior of the box for work is always filled with the cleaned air.
