PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water based on sea deep water used for drinking water containing abundant nutritive elements necessary for living beings and also superior in mineral balance, water for cultivating fishes, or the like, or water for rearing living beings, or the like, by utilizing the sea deep water, and its production method and a device therefor. SOLUTION: Sea deep water is fed to an electrodialysis tank 1 and a reverse osmosis membrane tank 2, and also desalted water treated in the reverse osmosis membrane tank 2 is fed to the electrodialysis tank 1 as raw water for concentrated water in the electrodialysis tank 1, and the concentrated water treated in the reverse osmosis membrane tank 2 is used as raw water for salt production and the desalted water treated in the electrodialysis tank 1 is used as the drinking water containing a large quantity of mineral components. |
