<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiencies of manufacturing a cut form and issuing business of a card by facilitating matching of a cut form of an application or the like to the card in a card holding type cut form and a cut form manufacturing system having a function of holding the card used in the case of issuing various type cards. SOLUTION: The card holding type cut form 11 are formed by bringing a copy type second cut form 13 having an area 17A for filling in predetermined items in a first cut form 12 having a first sheet 1 including an area 17 and a second sheet 15 for holding a card 22 given with a read discriminating code 18B and a visual discriminating code 19B into coincidence with the areas 17, 17A and gathering them. In this case, the card 22, stringing read discriminating codes 18, 18A and visual discriminating codes 19, 19A are given to the sheet 14 and the form 13 based on a common printing data.</p> |
