PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house structure to give the atmosphere of a detached house by making a positive use of an entrance space. SOLUTION: An entrance space 6 is provided between a dwelling part 5 of a house and a common corridor 2, and an entrance part 7 is provided between the dwelling part 5 and the entrance space 6. A partition 12 is provided between the entrance space 6 and the common corridor 2 in a partitioning manner between the entrance space and the common corridor. An open communication space 22 to connect the common corridor to the entrance space is formed above the partitioning member. An entrance/exit part 23 is provided at the position adjacent to the partitioning member 22 in a connecting manner of the entrance space to the common corridor. The entrance space 6 is partitioned by the common corridor 2 and the partitioning member 12 to keep the feeling of the specified distance from the outside. The open communication space 22 formed above the partitioning member 12 gives an open feeling, the common corridor 2 is not dull but full of variety in scenery, and the atmosphere of being a detached house can be provided in the multiple dwelling house.
