PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the being-bulky of a pressure-receiving plate for an anchoring method in the case of transport, to make the pressure-receiving plate lighter than conventional devices and to contribute to environment preservation in the pressure-receiving plate, which has a grounding bottom plate section freely grounded to the face of a slope, an anchor inserting section, into which an anchor member formed to the grounding bottom plate section can be inserted, a retaining section being formed to the anchor inserting section while being capable of being retained to the anchor member and vertical reinforcing plate sections disposed in upright on the grounding bottom plate section and is formed of a metallic material, in which peripheral vertical reinforcing plates are disposed in upright along the peripheral section of the grounding bottom plate section as the vertical reinforcing plate sections and which is brought into press-contact with the face of the slope by using the anchor member retained into a ground and prevents a landslide and slope collapse. SOLUTION: Drain holes 4 are formed in a ground bottom plate section 3.
