PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact cord winding device using a non-drawer type cord. SOLUTION: The cord winding device is provided with a reel in which a flat-type cord is wound in a case in one row, and a drawer-type round cord partitioned by a partition and a power spring are individually wound, tip parts of the flat-type cord and the drawer-type round cord are locked to a part close to a center of a second partition, the flat-type cord and the drawer-type round cord are electrically connected to each other at the respective tips, and connected through a through hole close to the center of the second partition of the reel, and wound around the reel in the same direction. The power spring is arranged to urge the drawer-type round cord and the flat-type cord in the winding direction around the reel with one end locked to the case and the other end locked to a first partition, a fixing part to fix the flat-type cord is provided on an outlet end of the flat-type cord of the case, and when the drawer-type round cord is drawn out of the case, the second partition of the reel is rotated, and the flat-type cord is expanded in the case.
