PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven processing device free of the risk that the accuracy and/or rigidity deteriorates and the overall length of the device increases even if the advancing and retreating strokes of a ram are elongated. SOLUTION: This motor-driven processing device 1 to process a work using a tool rotated by a motor and advancing and retreating is composed of a hollow frame 10, a ram 20 held in a hole 11 formed in the frame 10 in such a way as advancing and retreating, fitted with a tool and having a rotating spindle 21 at the forefront, a ball screw 30 supported rotatably within the frame 10 parallel with the ram 20, a linear bearing 40 having a guide rail 41 fixed to inside the frame 10 parallel with the ram 20 and a slider 42 supported movably on the guide rail 41, and a screw supporter 50 having a stationary part 51 installed as advancing and retreating within the frame 10 and fixed to the slider 42, an engagement part 52 to engage the base end of the ram 20, and a nut part 53 to be fitted on the ball screw 30.
