PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain both of the maintenance of identification information (characteristic ID) and a high speed access. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a game control means for performing a game control of a game machine, a first storage means for storing unique identification information assigned to the game control means so as to be rewrite impossible and nonvolatilizable, a second storage means for volatilizably storing storage content of the first storage means by copying content and an output means for outputting storage content of the second storage means to a request destination in response to the request from the outside. An unfair rewrite of identification information (characteristic ID) can be prevented by the first storage means (security memory 216). By the second storage means (ID property RAM 215) fast in operating speed, the access speed from the outside can be improved.
