摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance power storage efficiency by effectively utilize a special character of liquid air without disusing exergy of a very low temperature of cold contained in the liquid air to improve electric power (power) reconversion or a thermodynamic cycle for recovery, when the reconversion to the electric power (power) or the recovery is carried out. SOLUTION: After pressure of the liquid air is raised using a pump 3 to be vaporized in a heat exchanger 4, a temperature of a working fluid (air) is lowered by the second expansion equipment 7 and an expansion valve 12 to generate new cold heat. The atmospheric air introduced into the thermodynamic cycle by another system is cooled in the heat exchanger 4 using the generated cold heat and the cold heat generated when the liquid air is vaporized as a low temperature heat source for the cycle, followed to be compressed at the very low temperature by the first compressor 9 so as to be brought into the working fluid, and is joined with the working fluid of the vaporized air to be supplied to an internal combustion engine 10 so as to drive a generator 11 by the engine 10.
