PURPOSE:To provide a positioning structure of a headlight and a front bumper which can secure the stability and the lateral coincident property of the headlight and the front bumper. CONSTITUTION:At the lower end of a headlight 1, an installing member 2 is projected, and an upper clip 3 is installed to the installing member 2. To the upper clip 3, an engaging groove 6 extending in the longitudinal direction of a car body is provided. At the lower side of the headlight 1, a front bumper 22 is provided, and a lower clip 13 is held to the bumper facsia 24 of the front bumper 22. At the upper side of the lower clip 13, a locking piece 21 is provided, and both chips 3 and 13 are engaged by inserting the locking piece 21 in the engaging groove 6. |
