PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading support device capable of improving the efficiency of image reading. SOLUTION: A tomogram 12 is displayed at the center in the upper part of a display screen, and a circular marker 14 indicating a candidate position of a lesion as a detected point to be read, is synthesized and displayed in the tomogram 12. By synthesizing and displaying the marker 14 indicating the point to be read in this way, the position of the point to be read can be easily discriminated, so that the efficiency of image reading can be improved.
