PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator having a spring seat surface capable of accurately and surely holding a spring, when a coil averaged diameter of the spring is enlarged for low setting a spring constant of the spring in the case a reference pressure is high set and a pressure gradient is low set in the actuator. SOLUTION: A second spring retainer 10 of separate unit from a spring retainer 7 is combined therewith, also a spring seat surface 10f of external diametric dimension larger than the spring retainer 7 is provided in the second spring retainer 10.
