PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the penetration of sand dust or refuse between a deck panel and a fascia board and to prevent a foundation member from being exposed between the fascia board and the deck panel by a thermal expansion difference between the foundation member and a cover member for covering it when a deck material is to be formed of the foundation member and the cover member. SOLUTION: A fascia board 9 has a projection protruding to a deck panel side on the upper end of an upward protruding part 93, and a recessed part 95 for fitting the end edge of he deck panel between the projection and a horizontal protruding part 92. The deck panel is formed by connecting deck materials consisting of a metal section foundation member covered with a resin section cover member to a joist in parallel to each other. The foundation member has engagement grooves on both lateral ends, the cover member has engaged parts on both lateral ends, and the engaged parts of the cover member are fitted to the engagement grooves of the foundation member to cover the upper surface and side surface of the foundation member with the cover material. The depth of the recessed part is set to a depth capable of absorbing at least the difference in longitudinal thermal expansion between the foundation member and the cover member.
