PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain forming method of a concrete finish surface which can reduce the cost for execution and the labor for execution compared with a conventional tongue and groove joint method, and to prevent degradation of a surface of execution. SOLUTION: A polymer cement is applied to a surface of execution to form a polymer cement layer, a paper-thin wood is pressed against the polymer cement layer before drying the polymer cement, and the paper-thin wood is peeled from the polymer cement layer after the polymer cement is dried. The paper-thin wood is formed by slicing a Japanese cypress, a Japanese cedar or cedar to the thickness of 0.05 to 2.5 mm.
