PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifeline ensuring device against disaster and fuel capable of ensuring water and fuel for a considerably long period even if it takes along time for the recovery of the lifeline in a disaster. SOLUTION: This device comprises a frame 10, and a water tank 14, a water pump 20, a charging battery 22, a fuel gas cylinder 26 and a cooking stove 30 are set on the frame 10. The water pump 14 is driven by the charging battery 22 to take out the water from the water tank 14, and the fuel gas from the cylinder 26 is supplied to the cooking stove 30 to perform a cooking.
