<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the service life of a diaphragm, and to increase the flow of the liquid to be fed by a pump. SOLUTION: This diaphragm pump is provided with a first diaphragm to be operated by a driving mechanism such as a clank mechanism and a second diaphragm arranged opposite to the first diaphragm through an air chamber. The second diaphragm and a case form a pump chamber. Pressure inside of the air chamber is changed by the first diaphragm operated by the driving mechanism so as to deform the second diaphragm, and the pump is thereby operated.</p> |
