METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REMOVING PUNCHED-OUT WASTE PRODUCED IN PUNCHING OUT PAPER MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for removing punched-out waste produced in punching out paper material capable of removing almost all fiber- like paper dust adhered to the edges of a product without spending a labor when the product of a specified shape is punched out from a paper material such as corrugated fiberboard. SOLUTION: This punched-out waste removing device 1 is formed so that cut grooves 11a and 11b provided along the profile of a product 14 are separated from each other so as to remove the punched-out waste 12 other than the product 14 in order to punch out the product 14 of a specified shape from a paper material 10 such as corrugated fiberboard and cardboard. A portion of the paper material 10 corresponding to the product 14 is held and a pressing force is applied onto the surface of a punched waste 12 so as to separate the cut grooves 11a and 12b from each other. Thus, punched-out waste removing means 25 for removing punched-out waste 12 and paper dust adhered to the edges of the product 14 are provided to the device.
