PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flow away the liquid attached to a work processed, collect the liquid, and avoid collision of works with one another. SOLUTION: A table 20 is formed with a down-gradient from the center 20F to the peripheral surface 20E. The liquid from a work 10 whereto liquid is attached flows along the placing surface 200 to the periphery of the table. That is, the liquid from the work flows naturally toward the peripheral surface to generate a condition that a large quantity of liquid does not attach to the work, and therefore, such operations are no more required, for example as to wipe off the liquid dripping onto an aligning plate to lead to enhancement of the working easiness. A moving means rotates the table and moves the work on the table forcedly to the central zone of the table. This prevents a work transported and dropped from colliding with another work placed on the table, and there is no risk that works are damaged, and the producibility is enhanced.
