PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting and removing device for jig, etc., equipped with an enhanced easiness to execute mounting and removal of a holder to hold jig, etc., such as chuck device on/from an attachment. SOLUTION: A mounting and removing device for jig, etc., is equipped with a holder 1 having an engagement part 6 provided protrusively in such a way as capable of being engaged upon being inserted to the body 7 of an attachment, a first attachment engaging part 8 movable to be engaged with the holder side engagement part 6 inserted into the body 7, a second attachment engaging part 9 to be engaged with the holder 1 in linkage with the engaging motion of the first attachment engaging part 8, and an attachment 4 having a lever 19 to move the first 8 and second attachment engaging parts 9.
