PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method which is free from soot in a joined part, excellent in both strength and electric characteristics, and high in quality in the case of joining a lead of a winding coil using a heat-resistant and insulating film with a terminal by the arc spot welding. SOLUTION: An insulating varnish of a heat-resistant covered wire is completely burned to join the wire by feeding oxygen high in purity only to a part to be joined while shielding an electrode by the inert gas.
