PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove humidity and odors in a room, and prevent mite and mold from propagating, and in addition, remove a gas such as formaldehyde. SOLUTION: A plurality of enclosed agent-containing section small pieces are provided with equal intervals in the longitudinal direction and the width direction between two sheets of a nonwoven fabric, and then, the peripheries of the small pieces, being provided in the longitudinal direction and the width direction, are regularly heat-welded with equal intervals in the vertical and the lateral directions to form this enclosed agent-containing sheet. In such an enclosed agent-containing sheet, the enclosed agent comprises at least one kind of fine powder charcoal selected from charcoal, coal, activated carbon and zeolite. Then, in such an enclosed agent-containing sheet, a plurality of the small pieces are provided with equal intervals extending to a plurality of lines in the longitudinal direction while being in parallel with the width direction. Then, the peripheries of the plurality of small pieces are regularly heat-welded in the longitudinal direction and the width direction. In addition, a plurality of small pieces are provided with equal intervals in the longitudinal direction and the width direction between two sheets of the nonwoven fabric.
