PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling having a bathing care device in which the bathing care device can be mounted on a unit bath. SOLUTION: In the dwelling having the bathing care device in which a rail 6 is extended along the entry/exit direction on a ceiling side of a room 2 adjacent to a bathroom 1 and the bathroom 1, notched parts 12a and 12b to pass the rail 6 are provided in an upper frame 11 of a frame 8 to pass a door 7 and a frame 13 for fixing the upper frame, and a human body transferring means 10 is provided in a reciprocal manner along the rail 6, the rail 6 is suspended using suspension pieces fitted to a beam 3 above the ceiling, the ceiling of the unit bath 1 forming the bathroom is formed by interposing the rail 6 between a pair of ceiling panels 9 and 9, and both side parts of the notched part 12a in the upper frame 11 are fixed to a joining piece 14 connected to the rail 6. |
