<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating system giving an elastic film which passes even a bend test at -10 deg.C. SOLUTION: In the coating system comprising (a) a urethane (meth)acrylate bearing a (meth)acryloyl group and a free isocyanate group (NCO), (b) optionally an additional polyisocyanate, (c) an ultraviolet initiator to initiate radical polymerization and (d) one or more compounds reactive with an isocyanate. In this coating system, the urethane (meth)acrylate comprises 1-65 mass %, based on the total of ingredients other than the urethane (meth)acrylate, of a diol bearing an ester group and having a number-average mol.wt. of 176-2,000.</p> |
