PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enlarging member without opening or closing and a clip implement using the member. SOLUTION: The enlarging member 15 for enlarging ends of an annular clip 60 having ends of a pair of clipping parts closed by an elastic force at a sheet bundle 61 in the clip 60 comprises enlarging parts 15a, 15b for enlarging the ends of the clip 60 for enlarging toward the ends so that the parts 15a, 15b are not closed when the parts 15a, 15b enlarge the ends of the clip 60.
