<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ALC production process which enables elimination of cavity generation on the periphery of each of reinforcing bars, shortening of hardening time and improvement of productivity in ALC production. SOLUTION: This production process comprises adding water to a mixture of high-early-strength portland cement, a siliceous raw material and a recycle raw material to form a first raw material slurry; adding water to quick lime and gypsum to form a second raw material slurry; subjecting the first raw material slurry and the second raw material slurry to pre-hydration by using their respective independent mixers; thereafter, mixing both the first and second pre-hydrated raw material slurries to obtain a mixed slurry; adding powdery aluminum to the mixed slurry to obtain a raw material slurry; and casting the raw material slurry into a formwork at a 35-50 deg.C casting temperature, to foam and harden the raw material slurry.</p> |
