PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle having a lid and the like in which loading or unloading of cushion member filled into a bottle is carried out easily and its sanitary state is improved. SOLUTION: The bottle having a lid therein constructed in accordance with the present invention is comprised of a bottle 2 filling contents such as tablets 1 or the like; a lid 3 fitted to an opening 1a of the bottle; and a cushion member 4 fitted to a rear surface 3a of the lid. When the lid 3 closes the opening 3a of the bottle, the cushion member 4 is positioned within a predetermined space 7 in the bottle so as to reduce a clearance space where the tablets 1 or the like can be moved in it.
