PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin container with a massive feeling which is inexpensive and can be mass-produced. SOLUTION: A metal mold 51 which has been machined by electrical discharge machining with a graphite 53 a part or a whole of which is manually machined as an electrode is used in a part or a whole of the metal mold 51 by which the synthetic resin container 1 is molded. Since a pattern of the graphite 53 and a pattern or the like imprinted on the metal mold have a positive- negative relation, the pattern or the like of the positive can be reproduced as it is on a surface of the synthetic resin container 1 molded by the metal mold. Thus the synthetic resin container 1 with a substantial feeling can be mass-produced.
