PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging system which prevents the degradation of transparency or breakage of a film without changing film thickness or material in a packaging system which stretches the film for packaging. SOLUTION: A stretch-suppressing member 8 in contact with at least one face of a film F between a commodity M and clamp devices 7b, 7f is provided. In stretching the film F, the stretch-suppressing member 8 restricts the film F and suppresses the stretch of the film F of the commodity side with the member 8 as a border.
