PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luggage carrier which is equipped with a chair on which a user can sit when tired while it is bent upon non-use at which the length of a handle is restrained to be short, thereby attaining compactness in its whole body, resulting in convenience in storage. SOLUTION: A slider 15 capable of sliding up and down is mounted on a handle 3 having a luggage table 1 at its front side and a caster at its lower end. A front end of a seat 13 is connected to an upper end of a leg 14 so as to be rotatable mutually while a rear end of a leg support member 17 whose front end is connected so as to be rotatable to a lower end of the handle 3 is connected so as to be rotatable to an intermediate part of the leg 14. An upper end of a seat support member 16 is connected so as to be movable in the front and rear direction to the lower surface side of the seat 13. This carrier is assembled so that a seat takes a horizontal posture substantially perpendicular to the handle 3 whose seat 2 is bent up and the leg 14 takes an inclined posture upon use of this carrier. The seat 2 is formed at the rear side of the handle 3 so that it can be folded together with the leg 14 so as to take substantially flat and parallel posture with the handle 3 upon non-use.
