PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and quickly control behavior while simplifying a control system of a brake fluid pressure. SOLUTION: This behavior controller is provided with ECU 2 estimating the behavior of a vehicle, controlling the brake fluid pressure via a pressure motor 32 and various valves 33-36, and controlling the yaw rate behavior of the vehicle. In an oversteer state, after implementing a first phase pressurizing the fluid at the limit pressurization speed of the machine, where the pressure motor is operated to the limit and a supply side valve is full opened, a second phase governing the pressure according to the behavior state of the vehicle is implemented. In an understeer state, after pressurizing the brake fluid at the limit pressurization speed of the machine, the first phase pressurizing at a pressurization speed lower than that is implemented and then the second phase is implemented.
