摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a parts aligning method without use of a precision servo mechanism, involving no risk of damaging the parts thermally or electrostatically, allowing the eventually remaining stresses not to bring about obstacle to the fabrication of products or cause noise emission after fabrication, and serviceable for parts of different shapes. SOLUTION: At least one surface of each of the parts to be aligned relative to each other is provided with a portion having a relatively high wettability and another portion having a low wettability, and each portion with high wettability is given a shape and dimensions such that the portions with high wettability draw each other to fix their relative positioning, and after water or an adhesive is put on the portion with high wettability of the surface of one member, the other member is overlapped, and the relative positioning of the two members is varied by the surface tension of the water or adhesive so that alignment is established.
