PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regenerate edible oil by filtering and activating stained edible oil. SOLUTION: This method of regenerating edible oil comprises successively passing stained edible oil through plural filtering means under pressure while temperature of the edible oil is high to remove solid foreign matter and then imparting activity to the filtered oil.
